The Office of Student Conflict Resolution is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Lunch Closure Daily - 12pm to 1pm).
The Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) promotes a safe and scholarly community in which students navigate conflict in a peaceful, socially just, and self-reflexive manner. OSCR offers a spectrum of conflict resolution pathways that are educationally focused, student-driven, community-owned, and restorative in nature, which are adaptable to meet the needs of individuals experiencing conflict.
How to request services (report an incident, file a complaint, or request conflict resolution services) from the Office of Student Conflict Resolution:
- By Email - Email OSCR at [email protected] to request support during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am - 12pm; 1pm - 5pm). If it is after hours, a staff member will get back with you by the next business day.
- By Phone - Call OSCR at 734-936-6308 to request support during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am - 12pm; 1pm - 5pm). If it is after business hours, leave a message and a staff member will get back with you by the next business day.
- Online - Submit a “Request for Conflict Resolution Services” online form using this link. Please do not use this form to report emergencies or time-sensitive requests. Submissions are reviewed when University offices are open, and will be responded to within one to two business days.
- In-Person - OSCR is located in the lower level of the Student Activities Building. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Directions can be found using this link.
