U-M Data Warehouse Human Resource data set currently unavailable
Issue Symptoms: Inaccessible
Due to problems with the refresh process, the tables in the Human Resource data set are unavailable at this time.
Users will receive an Oracle error message stating the table or view does not exist when trying to access the data set.

Due to problems with the refresh process, the Classroom Utilization tables in the Space Management data set are unavailable at this time.

Cannot reset Type 2/Type 3 passwords via Sponsor System
Issue Symptoms: Degradation
Due to an incompatible cryptographic library password resets for Type 2 and Type 3 identities via the Sponsor System do not currently work All other functions of the Sponsor System are unaffected Password resets for Type 1 identities are always done using the UMICH Account Management application https: password it umich edu and are unaffected by this problem with the Sponsor System Passwords for Type 2 and Type 3 identities can be reset by the account owner using the UMICH Account Management application or by contacting 4Help We will be making an update to the Sponsor System on Saturday night...

PEERRS Lookup is Failing in eResearch Proposal Management

There is an intermittent issue causing the PEERRS lookup to fail from the eRPM system. As a result users may see an error code displaying on certain pages.

MReports UDC Data refresh schedule change
Issue Symptoms: Degradation
Until Further Notice: Due to database performance contention, the MReports UDC Data will be refreshed less frequently. Instead of hourly during the day, it will be refreshed at 7:30 am, 12:30 pm, 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. This is in response to incidents regarding slowness of reports and report failures. Thank you for your patience while we find a solution.
